Çidam is a lawyer with over 6 years of experience in the maritime industry. She joined Kalimbassieris in 2024 as a Senior Claims Handler to deal with the whole spectrum of P&I, as well as Hull matters. Her work will be on both Turkish cases and for the Group.

Before relocating from Turkey to Greece to join our Piraeus office, Çidam worked in Istanbul initially with reputable law firms gaining legal experience, then as a claims broker and eventually, in the position of a Senior Claims Handler with a large P&I and H&M Turkish Insurance Company.

With her exceptional communication skills, claims management experience, her understanding of the Turkish maritime market and current work in Greece, Çidam often assumes a coordinating role in claims matters involving Turkish vessels abroad as well as case work in Turkey, concerning Greek and other nationality vessels.

Çidam holds an LL.B in Law from Beykent University and is a certified Chartering Broker. She also stands as an active member of WISTA, Turkey.
