Rumen is a senior marine surveyor splitting time between our offices in Limassol and Varna. He joined Kalimbassieris in 2006 as a Chief Engineer with 20 years of sea service on board various types of vessels including ro-ro, passenger, bulkers, and container carriers, as well as shore experience as owners superintendent and senior instructor at the Bulgarian Maritime Training Centre.

He is a graduate of the Naval Academy in Varna.
